I agreed to a payment plan, why does my invoice have the full amount

When you receive an invoice from us, you'll see that it has the whole amount on the invoice for the cost of the Marketing Deal.

We invoice for the whole amount of your Marketing Deal, but it doesn't mean you have to pay the whole amount today.

You can simply change the amount you are going to pay in the invoice. The new balance will be shown as you make additional payments.

FYI: IT IS ESSENTIAL TO USE THE SAME EMAIL ADDRESS WE'VE EMAILED YOU ON NOW FOR PAYMENT WITH OUR MERCHANT!


To make a part payment:

  1. Then click PAY NOW. Your invoice will again show but will show an area where you can amend the $ amount you are paying today.
  2. Simply amend that to the amount agreed above and then click PAY NOW again and you'll be able to pay securely.



Simply come back to your invoice when your next agreed payment is due and do the same again for the right amount on those dates. Your payments are not going to be processed automatically.




Note: On occasion, when processing your payment your card issuer may decline the payment due to the amount and it being your first time paying us via our merchant Payoneer. If that happens, simply call your bank to let them know you authorized the payment, and simply head back to your invoice to run it again. Please email us to let us know if this happens to you, and we'll provide some extra support.
