I'm trying to pay my invoice but it keeps declining the payment

On occasion, when processing your payment your card issuer may decline the payment due to the $$ amount and it being your first time paying us via our merchant Payoneer. This is a security measure by some banks and it's perfectly normal when using your card, it's something done by your bank, and not us.

If that happens, simply call your bank to let them know you authorized the payment, and simply head back to your invoice to run it again.

They might cite a payment of $xxxx to "Empire Dynamic" or "Promo Nation", that's us. Simply approve the transaction or tell them that you'll attempt the payment again and you'd like them to not block it.
