I paid but didn't get an email confirmation or welcome email

We most commonly find this happen when you use a different email address in the payment process than the one you used when you completed the form.


In this case, you need to reach out to us to resolve it. The same email address that signs up must be the one that makes the payment via Payoneer in our invoice system (Avaza), for the whole account, your Marketing Deal, and your payment to be linked in our system.

When you pay using another email, our system cannot link the two events, and therefore it ignores the payment that might be related to you.

Solution:

If you've made this error, please contact us by sending us a confirmation email that you made a payment, using the email address that you used and signed up with.  Fixing this can take up to 2 business days depending on how many other issues are in the queue before you.

Please submit a ticket to resolve this matter. 
Remember to include as much information in the support ticket as possible to help us resolve it as quickly as possible.
