Promo Nation's Marketing Deals are delivered through a platform called 'Tallyfy'.
With our heavy emphasis on accountability, transparency, and streamlining communication with our Citizens we use this platform to make everything easier and clearer for you as a Citizen and all the members of our team who need to work on your activations.
Each Citizen gets their own dashboard and everything you need to refer to is all in the "to do" or "completed" tabs. There's no email tag when communicating with us, everything operates according to schedule and it's all cohesively managed by the Onboarding and the Citizen Success & Support teams.
Each time we need something from you, or need to report on/deliver part of your Marketing Deal, it will be done through the Promo Nation Tallyfy platform. You'll receive an email, it links to a task. You should check and complete it at your earliest convenience.
When you respond to and submit info (preferably within the deadline), we'll continue to work on what we need to do to help support and give your brand more exposure.
