Introduction to Spotlight Promotion Forever

The Spotlight Promotions Forever activation is one of the Activations you'll be able to take advantage of during your Pre-Launch

This means that even if you're on a Payment Plan, you can take advantage of it immediately after your first payment has been settled. This Activation is a little bit different from others because you can take advantage of it forever! Even after your Marketing Deal has ended you can still submit a request for promo.

Just like every other Activation, the Spotlight Promotion is managed through our system, Tallyfy. You will receive an invitation on Tallyfy with a task to submit your first Spotlight Promotions Forever. Later you will receive regular emails to remind you to submit a request for promotion.

After you submit your Spotlight Promotion, we will start work by checking your submission to ensure that it's good. If all is well, we'll then start working on delivering this Activation. If we need clarification, we'll send you a message so you can clarify - please do so in Tallyfy (not via a separate email). After that, give us some time to get things going - the speed of the promotion depends on how many other promo's we're running at the time.

Soon enough, you'll get a notification from Tallyfy when your Spotlight Promotion is going LIVE. We do some artwork and creative writing for this, so please give us time to work on it.

Please check your emails and bookmark your Dashboard. If you're not a fan of emails, you can check your Dashboard regularly instead. 

You'll have more information on how to navigate and use Tallyfy & specifics about the Spotlight Promotions Forever activation once we give you access to the Citizen articles (will be done within 2 business days of you setting up your password)
