Can I upgrade or downgrade once I’ve purchased a marketing deal?
Once you've purchased a Marketing Deal you won't have the option to up or downgrade. The campaign is set up and the necessary teams and partnerships are assigned to run your campaign from beginning through till everything is delivered as advertised. If you wish to run another campaign, you can run multiple Marketing Deals simultaneously for your different projects, businesses, or products.
Yes, we can help somewhat with this, we want your campaigns to be as successful as possible. Follow our guide to craft strong tweets using gifs, memes, videos, or call to actions.
When you submit them to us our marketing team will read them through and give you any feedback required to ensure they are as effective as possible. We will provide you with hashtags first so you can craft your posts with the strongest hashtags to gain more exposure.
How much guidance will you offer for things I don't know how to do?
Don't worry, we don't expect everyone to be a marketing pro. But we do want to help you become one! That way you save more money in the long run. We have guides and support to help you know how to do things like; creating your media tip sheets, writing your press releases, creating social media posts, and much more. We're with you the whole way through.
Can I customize and create my own Marketing Deal by bundling features from the different Deals you have?
Unfortunately not. Our Marketing Deals are specially designed and crafted to help businesses get the exposure they need, at a highly discounted off-market rate. The individual parts cost more than they would if not packaged within the Marketing Deals we have on offer.
How can I ensure the success of my campaign?
There are various steps to making your campaign successful. One of the most important is reviewing your Campaign Reports and ensuring you are doing your part by following up leads and opportunities, being proactive, and scheduling time to send us information or marketing collateral that we need to promote you, in a timely manner.
During your Onboarding, we'll ask you for very detailed information which enables us to deliver your output for specific Features of your Marketing Deal. Use Google Analytics, our reports, and a variety of tools and services to monitor the success of your campaign activations. The key thing we can encourage you to do is BE PROACTIVE so you're not just sitting waiting for miracles, but leveraging the new exposure we'll help you to get in every way that you can.
I don't have a designer to do the creative work for my Billboard.. can you do it for me?
Our design team is here to help you if you don't have a professional graphic designer available. We'll take your vision and turn it into a real-life billboard ad.
We charge a small fee for that, and you can ask for edits to the concept.
Will I be able to communicate with the team working on my behalf?
You'll be able to send a support ticket to our Citizen Support team/your Account Manager.
We aim to respond within 1 business day but if your question needs a little more attention we'll email you to let you know we're on it. Like many companies, we don't offer telephone support at this time. But we do offer chat widgets on our site.

No. You can have a Marketing Deal for your startup, or even for yourself as an entertainer, author, or anything in between.
