1. Are my payments and card information secure?

We do NOT hold any card information on our systems and all payments for Marketing Deals have to be initiated by you. We use Payoneer as our credit card merchant. They're similar to Paypal or Stripe. They are fully PCI compliant. Your payments and card info are safe with our merchant.


Security Note:

Our payment merchant might need you to verify that you're authorized to use the credit/bank card as an anti-fraud measure. This is usually painless and only takes a few minutes. We do NOT hold any card information on our systems and all payments for Marketing Deals have to be initiated by you.

2. Paying by credit/debit card

One of the ways we keep our prices low is eliminating credit card fraud on our platform. You CAN NOT pay on our site when you submit your application to get a Marketing Deal. You can only pay via an invoice we manually issue to you.

To pay via credit/debit card, we will send you an invoice via email, and you will be able to click a link that you can use to pay. The invoice comes from 'Avaza' 'Citizen Concierge' our accounting system.

You'll be able to use our secure credit card merchant 'Payoneer' to process your payment. We accept all major credit or debit cards, and you can split the payment over more than one card if you would like.

If you'd like to pay via credit/debit card please note that there's a small payment processing fee of 3% by Visa/MasterCard. Please DO NOT select to have us pay this fee, since we will need to add it to your invoice retrospectively.

3. Paying by e-Check & What is an e-Check

Everyone else in the USA: sole-traders, solopreneurs, individuals, unregistered companies (doing business as or trading as, etc.) can make a fee-free payment via e-check.

An eCheck is an electronic version of a paper check. Like a real check, an eCheck draws funds from a checking account in the amount written on the check. eChecks are considered the 'next generation' payment method and are widely used by businesses to make online payments. (e-checks are not offered in every jurisdiction. If it's available to you, you'll see the option when you make your payment).

4. USA Only ACH Business Bank Transfer

For LLC, Ltd. companies and organizations in the USA: you can make a fee-free ACH Business Bank Transfer to our local bank. Payments via Business Bank Transfer cannot be accepted from a 'trading as/doing business as' or sole trader entity.

Business Bank in the USA (only use if you are a business based in the USA otherwise the payment will be rejected).

Please Note:
  1. Only ACH (US local bank) transfers in USD can be accepted
  2. Transfers must be made from a company account (not doing business as!!!)
  3. Transfers from individuals will be automatically rejected
  4. Wire transfers are not supported

Note: YOUR REFERENCE please use your INVOICE NUMBER as e.g. "INV 12344" so we know it's a payment from you.

When setting us up as a Payee your bank may need you to enter a bank Zip Code, use 24701.
