All deals are paid in full before the outbound marketing campaign starts. We do however start the in-house campaign building work while awaiting your final payment to be settled - so we don't 'lose' any time per se. We can however start your Spotlight Promotions, and if you're on a payment plan over 30 days, we will be able to give you two billboard placements before your payment plan is done.
FYI: Marketing Deals require an exceptional amount of manpower, collaborating, coordination and teamwork to get right seamlessly for the public and for you. Less than 20% of the activities are automated! Remember, we have to pay our partners, as well as your dedicated marketing team for all the elements of the Marketing Deal to be delivered.
We can't start promoting your full campaign without full payment being settled as this can cause issues of late payees which we then have to unfairly pass on the costs to other Promo Nation Citizens. It forces us to spend more on credit control. We made the tough decision to avoid working with people who make us chase for work we've already completed.
We do NOT hold any card information on our systems and all payments for Marketing Deals have to be initiated by you. We use Payoneer as our credit card merchant. They're similar to Paypal or Stripe. They are fully PCI compliant. Your payments and card info are safe with our merchant.
What is an e-Check
An eCheck is an electronic version of a paper check. Like a real check, an eCheck draws funds from a checking account in the amount written on the check. eChecks are considered the 'next generation' payment method and are widely used by businesses to make online payments.
Is it refundable?
Our Marketing Deals are non-refundable. They simply cost us too much time and cost to deliver, and are bundled through our various partnerships. We cannot give refunds in full or in part.
Why does the price/rate fluctuate?
We negotiate with our vast array of partners to offer us the best terms so we can pass these onto you. We work closely with the billboard owners to leverage the ad spots for our clients by selling space on the back of bigger ad buys. Other agencies get big discounts and pocket the difference, we pass these back to you.
We review the best rates we can get on a daily basis, and sometimes that means we have to adjust the rate of the Marketing Deals.
