What is the Support Center?
The Promo Nation Support Center is where you can find most of the information you need regarding our Marketing Deals.
We have two support centers (both here on this site) one that's public for unregistered users and another for registered Citizens which has a great deal of content beyond what an unregistered user needs.
In the extensive Knowledge Base we have created for our Citizens, we regularly update the Support Center with new articles that can be useful. We make articles from topics we receive via email (anonymously). Our intention is to make it so that you have everything you need at the tip of your fingers 24/7.
While you can always reach us by creating a new ticket (sending us an email), the Support Center is a way for you to get access to the information immediately. You can browse the Support Center when logged in (or check the public unregistered articles) to look for the information you're looking for - it's a lot faster than waiting for a response from us.
Of course, we are always working to respond to your inquiries in a timely manner. We usually try to respond in 1 business day. However, if the inquiry is a bit more complicated, we might need more time to get back to you.
What's in the Citizens Support Center?
Our extensive support center for Citizens contains countless useful articles and information that will be extremely beneficial throughout your Marketing Deal. Other than articles that help you understand your Activations better, there are also general articles that can help you build your brand, kudos, and social media profile that would be beneficial in the long run.
These articles are, however, only exclusively available for our Citizens.
This is one of the things you'll get access to once you've joined the Promo Nation family.
How to access the Citizens Support Center
You'll need to register to access the Support Center.
The registration process is very straightforward and quick to do; it shouldn't take you more than 3 minutes. Our invitation is sent with a clear guide to walk you through the registration.
You can simply sign up on the sign up page in our Support Center. After that, you'll receive an email from us, and you can simply click the link in the email to create a password for your Promo Nation Citizens Support Center account. If you have not been invited yet and you are a registered Promo Nation Citizen, please reach out to us so we can send your invite.
