Why won’t my payment get through? I keep getting an error

Why has this happened? 

Occasionally, when processing your payment there might be issues with the payment not being received. There are a few possible reasons behind this. You may need to verify your payment or contact your bank by phone to ask them to allow you to make the payment. If either of these is not the issue, then there are some other possible reasons behind this. 


What are the possible issues?

First, it might be possible that the amount in your account doesn't cover the amount needed for the transaction in USD. There has to be enough for your outstanding balance + the small processing fee at the exchange rate your bank gives. Additionally, your bank might make a charge too. 

Another possibility is if you are paying from a Debit Card vs a Credit Card or a Direct Deposit Bank Card; your bank might have a minimum allowed balance. If this transaction is dipping into that amount, that would be another reason it's being rejected by your bank. 

Here are a few other things you might want to try...
  1. Use an incognito window to make the payment (cached pages might be an issue)
  2. Make sure the street address you used on the Payoneer site is the same address as the address you provided us with (and that you used if you have made a payment previously)
  3. Ensure that your name matches correctly
  4. Use the same email address exactly as the one we sent the invoice to



I've tried everything, but it still doesn't work. What should I do now?

If you've tried everything that we mentioned above and it still doesn't work, then you may need to pay in smaller amounts. There's a possibility that your bank is not letting you pay in higher increments than a specific amount they've determined. You can also try reaching out to Payoneer LIVE Chat Support.
